Our three part approach to the optimisation process starts with conversion research that we call Understand.
As well as benchmarking your site using our fast audit methodology-Conversion Profiling- we supplement this by undertaking more detailed research into your web analytics and cross-reference this against detailed customer research including usability studies and stakeholder interviews to build up a richer picture of how your customer’s are using your site.
From our research we then build a bespoke CRO strategy specific to your requirements. This includes selection of project management tools, generation of test hypotheses, experiment prioritisation and roadmapping and workflow management.
Finally we proceed to experiment design, build and management. We are experienced in building tests on most of the main optimization platforms and will use our expertise to monitor and manage your tests.
